Peggy, I just got home this evening from vacation and found the post you left on our web site www.michunche.com. I am so sorry to hear about Buster and his journey, but I know you made the best decision. Our little Greta went through this just a year ago and she is doing great. She welcomes Buster to the exclusive Tri-Pawed club. My only advise to you is to not baby Buster and encourage him to do everything he did before. Greta put on a little too much weight, but now that we have her back on regular walks she is back to her slim self and she has much more energy.
I found out on 7/7/08 that my dog has cancer (hemangiopericytoma). Some of the most helpful information I found on the internet was on blogs so I hope this will one day help someone else though a difficult time.
